AN APPEAL

Day by day the number of diabetic patients is on the rise. The increase in number of diabetics in India is much more as compared to other countries in the world.

To prevent that, the association has planned many new activities and strives to encourage such activities in the Golden Jubilee year.

On the occasion of the golden jubilee year, some of the major projects in pipeline are already put into function. But the funds and volunteers necessary for the smooth functioning are lacking, so we are requesting people like you to help and support us who understand our noble cause and work. And we are sure to get positive response from you.

You can help the association by any of the following means:

Donation in cash : 50% rebate in income tax for donations under the 80G law
Donating equipments for laboratory.
Take responsibility of a needy patient or a juvenile diabetic: You can give donation starting with Rs.1000/-. From the interest on donation of Rs.20,000/- cost of yearly insulin dose can be given to a needy juvenile diabetic patient. In such a way one juvenile diabetic can be adopted.
Page donation: You can give 'greetings' at the cost of Rs.1000/- which covers cost of one page in the souvenir getting published on the occasion of the golden jubilee year. The donor's name will be published at the footnote of the page.
Donation by publishing advertisement in the souvenir.
To donate for the cause of survey of diabetics. This project is research based and hence it is very costly. But till today such kind of scientific research has not been done. So other cities can benefit from it. The primary preparations for the said project have been completed.
To donate for diabetic educators, training of doctors etc.
To become a volunteer and give time for regular work of the association.
The association could progress with the help extended from you and through your contribution. So we appeal you to please contribute by any of the above mentioned means or the other as suitable to you and build trust among us.
